MAINTENANCE CALORIES FOR OVER WEIGHTED PERSON
So from the previous blog we have learned to calculate our maintenance calories ,but that was for the normal weighted person who is generally fit with lower body fat percentage but what about the people who have a higher body fat percentage. So here it is the , to calculate the maintenance calories for higher body fat percentage . 
Maintenance Calories=LBM multiplies by [14-16]kcal, where LBM=Lean Body Mass i.e. LBM = BW-BF , where BW= bodyweight in lbs or pounds and BF = body fat percentage. NOW, LBM=BW-BF =200-25% (say for example) =200-50 =150 Therefore now, M.C= 150 * [14-16]kcal = [2100- 2400]kcal
So as a result we can take any point from this range and mark as a starting point.
NOTE: IT is important to tract necessary things like activity, calories intake , body weight and fat percentage, etc. time to time and after some time you will be getting your exact maintenance calories.
